The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction not a destination.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers

The fundamental core of my practice is the belief that each individual has the capacity for wisdom, growth and change with respect to his/her own life. I trust that the potential that is necessary for change is within each person, but this capacity may not always be evident or accessible. As a clinician, I believe that one of the most important components of psychotherapy is having an atmosphere which is supportive, patient, validating and compassionate. I approach my patients with integrity and a commitment to help you create a higher quality of life that resonates with your true self.

I bring into my practice over twenty years of clinical experience treating adults and adolecsents struggling with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief/loss, as well as various other issues.
